These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products through it. They apply together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
You acknowledge that acceptance of these Terms by electronic means constitutes a valid and binding agreement in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Law promulgated by Royal Decree 69/2008. You further agree that electronic records of your orders, communications and acceptances maintained by us constitute admissible evidence of the transactions between us.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect when published on this website. Your continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Amendments do not apply retrospectively to orders that have already been accepted by us. Each order is governed by the version of these Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.

The AWADIM name, logo and associated marks are our trade marks. Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use them.
We take care to describe and display our products accurately. However, product descriptions, images, packaging, weights, dimensions, pricing and availability are subject to change, and occasional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any error without prior notice.
Colours displayed on your screen depend on your device and display settings and may differ from the actual product.
Our products are made using natural ingredients. Slight variations in colour, texture, scent and appearance may occur between batches. Such variations are inherent to natural materials and do not constitute a defect.
Our products are sold for personal use. They may not be purchased for resale, redistribution or commercial exploitation without our prior written approval. We may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe is placed for resale.
Our products are cosmetic and personal-care products. They are not medicines, drugs, or medical devices. Nothing on this website, on our packaging, or in any of our communications is intended as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, illness or medical condition, and no such claim should be inferred.
Before first use, you should review the full ingredient list on the product packaging and carry out a patch test on a small area of skin. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if any irritation, redness, swelling, or adverse reaction occurs.
You are responsible for checking the ingredient list against any known allergy or sensitivity you may have. We cannot know your individual medical history, allergies, skin condition, or sensitivities, and we do not provide medical advice.

Products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions and warnings on the packaging, and stored as directed. We accept no responsibility for any consequence of use contrary to those instructions.

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products at the stated price, subject to these Terms.

All prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted by us.
Prices displayed for delivery within the Sultanate of Oman are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout and calculated before you complete your purchase.
Prices for delivery outside the Sultanate of Oman exclude any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or handling fees applied in the destination country. See our Shipping Policy.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by National Bank of Oman, a third-party payment service provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
By submitting an order you confirm that you are the authorised holder of, or are authorised to use, the payment method selected, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will either contact you for instructions or cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you have specified, or upon first attempted delivery where delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to you.
Title in the products passes to you upon delivery, or upon receipt by us of payment in full, whichever is the later.
Your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund are set out in full in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and includes your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree 66/2014).
You may submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos or other material ("User Content") through this website or our social media channels.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that it is your own original work or that you have all necessary rights to submit it; that it does not infringe the rights of any third party; and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
You grant AWADIM LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display your User Content, in whole or in part, in any media, for marketing, promotional and commercial purposes, together with the name or username you submit with it. No fee is payable to you in respect of such use.
You retain ownership of your User Content. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in the User Content in relation to such use.
You must not submit User Content that makes medical or therapeutic claims about our products.
We are under no obligation to publish, retain or monitor User Content, and may remove or edit any User Content at our discretion and without notice.
We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its Executive Regulation (Ministerial Decision 34/2024). Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, with whom we share it, whether it is transferred outside the Sultanate of Oman, and the rights available to you.
We aim to keep this website available but do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or modify all or part of the website for business or operational reasons, without notice and without liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; gross negligence or wilful misconduct; or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree 66/2014).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AWADIM LLC, its officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, your User Content, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
We shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strike or industrial action, fire, flood, storm, failure of utilities or telecommunications, cyber-attack, government action or restriction, border or port closure, customs delay, or disruption to transport or courier networks.
Where such an event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may cancel the affected order, and we will refund any amount paid for undelivered products.
We may suspend or terminate your access to this website, close your account, or cancel any pending order, immediately and without prior notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the date of termination, including payment obligations and your statutory consumer rights in respect of products already delivered.
This website may contain links to third-party websites and resources. Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party website.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Any failure or delay by us in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to any affiliate or successor in business.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in respect of your use of this website and any order placed through it.
No third-party rights. These Terms do not confer any right or benefit on any person who is not a party to them.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
The courts of the Sultanate of Oman sitting in Muscat shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory right of a consumer to bring proceedings in, or to the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of, their country of habitual residence, where applicable law so provides.
These Terms are published in Arabic and English. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy or difference of interpretation between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
